Classic rock returns with just enough NYC 70's punk rock that both bands sound more like the brilliant Left Hand Drive, than say Golden Earring (look both up if that's too esoteric, but if you bought this, you're already in the esoteric market). Honestly, I bought this because I enjoyed the MAMA side of the Trampoline Team split 7". I'm not even really a classic rock fan (I like it, don't adore it like I do punk rock), but this is fucking rad. Fernet and falafel for all! brantly
The Philadelphia group sharpen their hooks and internal dyanmics for a fun and non-dorky take on power pop anyone can get behind. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 26, 2024
Montreal psych-pop veterans sound as infectious and hypnotic as ever on their seventh LP, slinging jangly riffs and bright vocal harmonies. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 14, 2024
Buoyant one-off release from a long-running Atlanta band who juggle garage rock, folk, and power pop; don't miss the Mark Morrison cover. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 9, 2024
Stumbled across this great band because of Martha the band and I just love their sometimes melancholy garage-sound.
Also I like the acoustic songs.
I still remember seeing them live in my hometown when they were touring with Erica Freas and asked them for a setlist to have something to remember the great concert.
It´s hanging on my wall since that day :) Ninehundredninetynine
